Hi.

I received a message that my NBN is waiting activation. I have plugged in the modem for a while now. No connection. Not sure what the next steps are.

Let us check the status of the service installation, could you PM us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time so we can arrange our Provisioning Team to contact you in the event that additional test is needed.
