I had my NBN installation "completed" with Telstra on 21 May 2019 but my internet connection is not online as the serial number on my NBN BOX at home for my address doesn't match the serial number for my address on the NBN system
When will this be fixed?
I understand this is NBN Co's issue, but, I would greatly appreciate if you can chase them to make this simple fix.
