NBN conncection dropping out

hi there, 

 

my NBN keep dropping out, jave to restrart netcomm modem few times every day, do you have any suggestion to fixed the connection issue once in for all.

Hi @vrajeshpanchal ,

Welcome to the community!

 

I ran an initial test to the service it shows no line fault but we detected dropouts from the modem/router's connection to the network.

 

Please shoot me a private message with your best contact number and preferred time, we'll have one of our Technicians contact you for real-time test and investigation.

EDIT: We arranged one of our Technicians to contact you today between 5-6PM AEDST.
