Hi, we've recently had the NB connected and with both the new and old modems we can connect to the wifi from our phones and apple tv but we don't have any internet connection. Any help would be great, thanks.
Hi @, we have checked the status of your service and it appears that the modem is not connecting to our server. Are you able to double check the physical set up?
