Hi
We have received the text to connect, have the NBN box and the modem and have attempted installation.
On the NBN box the light only the power light is blue and the one connecting to the phone line flashes then goes off.
I have checked on the nbnco website and it says
This address is not connected to the nbn™ broadband access network
If someone could please advise next steps that would be appreciated.

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd love to help and see the status of the service installation. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately its hows no matching records found.
