NBN connection can not be set up

Dear Sir,
I am switching to NBN recently and have received the devices.
I have received a message from TPG to ask me to connect NBN devices as soon as possible.
I have tried several times but I can't make the internet work.
I have removed the ADSL filter.
I have connected and powered on the NBN device and TPG modem several times and waited for hours.
The led lights on the NBN device are not solid blue. Instead keep flashing on/off.
The internet led light on TPG modem is always off.
Please help me to solve the problem.

For new services, we recommend customers to check first if their service has been installed and activated.

 

We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

 

We also send email notification once the service is activated.
