Is the PC the only device affected by the dropouts? How is the PC connected to the modem? Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation.

Every hour my nbn connection keeps dropping out and they only way to restore it is to reset-boot my pc. How can I fix this problem?
