NBN connection

Level 1a
I recieved the sms saying my NBN service is ready and connected the modem and NBN box as instructed but am getting no internet connection.

All the lights on the NBN bix are lit with the LAN light frequently flashing whilst only the power, 2.4g, 5g and LAN4 light are lit on the modem.

Any help?
