Hi,

TEchnician came today as scheduled. The line was not connected properly - he fixed it

i now have the 4 lights on the NCD NBN device

 

Can you please activate my service before this weekend?

I was hoping to receive an update this afternoon about this activation.

Can my case manager get in contact as soon as possible? i need it for work + for the kids starting home schooling next Monday. i need to have Internet connected before the weekend. I know everyone is busy i appreciate the crazyness and how busy it must be at your end. My query has been open for 10 days and i d appreciate it gets resolved quickly. thank you in advance.
