NBN install - house not listed

Hi Team,
I’m trying to move into a new property.
TPG have advised the property is not connected to the NBN network.
Having contacted the landlord and developer - an NBN box is installed in the property and neighbouring properties on the unit block have already connected to the network.

How am I able to arrange this move?
