NBN installation and delivery connection fault

Fault: " We have ADSL connection using a new 610 adapter and "B" cord, BUT no NBN connection the NTD LED's just blink but do not go solid even after 30 minutes. Please raise a NBN fault for the service as this appears on the street side - thank you

Hi Nurtencool,

Normally on NBN FTTN and FTTC, the ADSL is disconnected. It means the VDSL will be on use.

If your service is already installed and you still have a solid ADSL you will need to contact us to service service department.
