I have been expecting an NBN technician today and received and email stating; 'Unfortunately, we are currently unable to activate the NBN connection to your premises, because the installation has been requested to be cancelled.
I did not ask for the installation to be cancelled so am wondering if you could please tell me why I have received this message.
