Get online support

NBN installation completed but not working

Level 2
NBN installed and configured (verified by onsite tech) but no internet access.

TPG has already (less than hour later) disabled my DSL service, so it's really hard looking stuff up on my phone. I can't get through to phone support.

I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, and powercycled everything. All the correct lights are on and stable but no connection.
