19/01/2021 I made a request for changing my existing TPG service to my new address NBN service.
21/01/2021 My application has progressed.
22/01/2021 The equipment was dispatched.
25/01/2021 I have received the equipment.
Till now, 02/02/2021, my NBN installation is still progressing. Can't believe it. I used it for over 2 years. This is the worst experience!! currently, I really don't know how long it would be completed. I need the Internet for online study and assignments.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.
We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation
We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help

Feb 2nd, still waiting for TPG to activate my connection.
latest is TPG said theyll wait a few more days and then they contact NBN for an update,
