NBN installation not working. Only getting 2 blue lights

Hello, early last week I recieved my NBN box and NBN modem. I also got my text from TPG saying to connect it all to activate the NBN. I have followed all the instructions and only have 2 blue lights on the NBN box. I have rang TPG a couple times and they got NBN to get into contact with me. NBN is saying it is working on there end and it must be something wrong from TPGs side.
Can you please help me, as the internet is not working 😫.
