We're sad to know that the installation of your service in the new location is taking too long to be completed. I was able to locate the account and confirmed that the installation of the service is now being taken care of one of our Provisioning Case Manager, this has been escalated to NBN Co and our NBN Provisioning Team is currently awaiting updates. We will chase this with them for additional reference on file, updates will be provided when it becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience.
