Good evening
I set up my new NCD and Modem this morning after receiving my products two weeks ago and receiving SMS notifications from TPG advising my service is awaiting the installation of these products. I do not have the blue LAN light on my NCD, however everything seems to be plugged in and working. Is it possible to review the status of my connection? Thanks.
