Hi, I have moved to Canberra last month and called TPG moving team on the 16th Feb. It's over a month now after I have received the modem and three scheduled technician visits including one today has not happened as planned. The first one the technician did the hardware cabling but couldn't locate the place to connect the modem. But he went on and reported no one was at home. The two subsequent visits were booked one no one turned up without any notice what so ever. I babe have found the modem outlet and connected it but TPG needs to activate internet. They keep on saying someone needs to come and confirm that and no one has turned up for one month. This is simply disgusting... Really.. Very unprofessional.
