NBN installation

I had a technician come to my house last thursday from NBN and he didn’t really give me an answer why it had not been installed. He just told me that someone will contact me. I got an email saying a case manager will contact me and its been a week now. If someone doesn’t contact me and inform me when I’ll get internet.. I want to cancel my contract. I don’t want to be paying for internet if I don’t even have the connection available to me. Its frustrating and especially during a pandemic where this is the time I really need internet the most!!
