Hi. I have NBN50 at my home and had some issues with the connection dropping out at first. We lodged a ticket and a TPG technician attended the property. Went well for about 2 months and have been experiencing drop outs in my connection for about a month now. It has been extremely hard reaching out to TPG with only chat options for technical support. I would very much appreciate if you can assist on this one as working from home is a challenge with unreliable internet. Many thanks in advance.
