NBN no internet connection

We received our modem this morning and we’ve hooked it up to the NBN box. We received the message that the installation had completed but we still have no internet and have waited the whole day?

For new services, we recommend customers to check first if their service has been installed and activated.

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
