Hi,
I have switched from Optus to TPG for nbn but have not received a new modem so my internet is still not connected will I be getting one in the mail? Or how do I get the internet to work?

I have removed your TPG customer ID on your recent public post. Please avoid the posting of personal details on the public page e.g. customer ID, telephone numbers and similar pieces of information as they may compromise your account security. 

Your plan does not come with a free WIFI modem/router. We will only provide an internet service to your nominated address. Thus, you will need to buy your own modem that is NBN compatible.
