NBN100 Upload Speeds

Hi. I've recently upgraded from NBN50 to NBN100. After performing a few speed tests, I'm getting excellent download speeds of around 100 Mbps. My upload speed is around 18-19 Mpbs, which is around what it was when I had the NBN50 plan. Is this what it should be?

On this thread, a user suggests this plan should get up to 40 Mpbs upload speeds. Any clarification you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks
