NCD Delivery

Level 1

How long does it usally take to receive the NCD. I have received the modem but no NCD.

 

I have been emailed. Only thing I am missing is the NCD?

You are required to follow the steps below for your service to be activated:

  1. TPG will dispatch the required equipment to you
  2. Once you receive the equipment, connect the equipment using the instructions provided
  3. Make sure that all the equipment are switched on
  4. If you need further assistance, visit www.tpg.com.au/support

Your service will be activated as soon as NBN system detected a signal from the equipment. In your case, we can see that the service has activated and the internet shows up and running now.

 

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
