I'm going to start off and say I am super disappointed as a new customer. I pre-purchased the day you send me a letter saying NBN is coming to my suburb. Tomorrow at 8am-12noon a technician is coming to hook me up to the NBN on FTTC.
You sent me a SMS today with a video to watch about set up, to my suprise there is a 2nd little white box after some googling and asking some mates i learned of this NCD device which you have NOT sent me. I have already cancelled my other internet service with another provider tomorrow, If i don't have my NBN set up tomorrow I'm going to be really pissed off. Please tell me that your technician's carry spares in there van!
I have been on hold for 2 hours and in a chat queue online. Super super disappointed if this delays my installation tomorrow. sigh..
