We just moved into a new house and the NTD connection box is missing I think the previous tenants have taken it,
is there any way to obtain a new Arris NBN connection box ? I can’t connect my service without one
** I have tried calling customer service and been on hold x3 times for 20+ minutes each just to be disconnected when someone answers** is there another way to contact Tpg.....
