Nbn activation

Hi there,
I got message saying awaiting activation and connect the nbn modem asap.
I did connect the modem and it has got all 4 blue lights as well.
But I am still unable to get internet access.
I called tpg and they said it be active soon within a day.But its not working.
Its already been 2 week since I first contacted them.
I have tplink vr1600v router.
Can anyone please help me through this.
