Nbn activation

Hi there I set up my account on Friday, registration and payment successful. I have purchased a new modem early on Saturday and tried to connect to my NBN unsuccessfully. The wifi will connect with password, but has no service. I called on Saturday afternoon and went through some steps unsuccessfully and was told it could only be waiting on activation message... how long will that take? I was told would be 24-48hrs?

Installation of NBN service generally takes less than 10 business days this starts once the payment is posted to the account. Details of the service installation will also be sent via email once it is completed.

 

Could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the progress of NBN installation.

Sorry I believe I mis-worded my msg.. the nbn is connected and has been running through foxtel hub for some time. The installation may take 10 business days,but the activation from TPG once an account is paid and connected does not. My phone connects to the service via wifi but has no service. All the hardware is connected, no installation needed.. the only thing I'm waiting on is activation by tpg.

Send us your details so we can track the status of the order. Please understand that even if the NBN devices are already installed at the premises, it may still take 10 working days for the service activation.
