Nbn connection

My NBN modem has been connected for 24hrs, i have asked the online support on a time frame of when the internet would be available and havent got an answer apart from its still in progress. Can anyone help me with this

     We did full troubleshoot still no Joy, 

 


the socket in  Living room NCD connected directly with a shorter cable, 

NCD reset done -- Still No joy.
Left the NCD over 24 hours.
-- Still No joy.

 

I escalated to Engineering for NBN tech visit 

please check your PM for Ticket Number

Hello, can i please get some help with this, its been a week now and now you guys want me to pay for my next month of adsl when my nbn should be working. If not stop sending me messages like :
Action Required: Your TPG NBN service is awaiting activation. Please connect your NBN modem as soon as possible to activate. Visit link.tpg.com.au/EDKjOZ.

Its like no one knows whats happening. Pretty poor. If you cant and dont know how to connect my nbn let me know and i will look for another provider
