Nbn installation cancellation

It’s been more than 3 weeks I have send an email regarding nbn cancellation, called and waited for an hour, no body response. Now it’s become very hard to communicate with you guys even through chat nobody answer. I don’t want to use tpg service any more. I am not going to pay any amount without using any service. Please fix this problem ASAP.
