I want my modem in the lounge but the original phone outlet is in the hallway. I have a phone socket in the lounge will tpg install it in the lounge?

Hi

If that socket in the Lounge is active, you could try and move the equipment to the Lounge room socket and see if it all works. If it doesnt work at that socket it would be your responsibility to hire a Licensed Cabler to get that socket activated and working.
