Nbn still not connected

I'm really tired of the run around I'm getting regarding my NBN connection. Two times NBN technicians have been sent out, still no connection. Now I received an email from TPG telling me there was a request to cancel my NBN request, I have done no such thing. What is going on with my account?

Hi @Baron98,

I'm working on this one myself.

We had to cancel the order to re initiate another as per NBN directive.

 

The TPG Service Delivery manager is working with NBN upper management to get this resolved.

 

I have organised a quick call from one of the case managers, just for some further info.

I will case manage this one till it gets resolved
