Need help to configure NBN HFC on my D8500 Nighthawk router/ modem

I need a step by step details on how to configure it.

I already reset it, and it did not find automatically.

I also read all the support topics about it and used VLANId=2

Maybe my service is down.

I don't think we will be able to provide a step by step guide for a D8500, you will probably need to do a google search or contact the manufacturer.

I have checked out system and it is showing that you are currently on line. Maybe try your service again and you maybe be ok.
