Get online support

New HFC NBN. Received 'NBN Installation Complete' - no internet connection.

Cancel - the below, fixed and working.

 

Technician arrived on time and installed the HFC box - all lights on and NBN service confirmed. Have connected to WAN port on tp-link AC1600. Have checked that  Setup is correct and the DSL settings but am not getting internet connection.
