Get online support

New NBN FTTP unstsll but still not working.

Hi all. TPG sent out an installation technician and installed NBN FTTP. The guy tested the install and said it was ok.

I still don't have internet and I also received an email from TPG saying they couldn't detect if I'm online. The modem light is orange and should be green and the 1st port on the NBN box is orange.

I've been on the phone to TPG in the queue for over 45 minutes but still no answer
