New NBN

Hi all,

I have recently signed up for NBN with TPG. When i spoke on the phone and did the registration the lady said I should have connectivity within two business days. It's been a week and I've only still received the modem via the courier I havent received the text saying its ready to use. I tried pluggin in the equipment but nothing which makes sense since the connection is still not active. 

 

I've been trying to get in touch with someone from TPG but no luck. From past experiences does anyone know how long it actually takes for the connection to be active?

Once the NBN service installation is complete you may proceed on setting up the equipment or the modem/router. You may check this guide.
