Thanks for raising this to us. Have you received a confirmation that the installation has been completed? Also, in the event that you requested to port your exisiting number to TPG it may take 5 working days to be completed.

I am a new NBN / home phone customer, I'm successfully connected but my previous supplier won't cancel my old account with then because TPG have not "completed my order" can I have this actioned please? I don't want to be charged another month with telstra.
