Hi Im a new customer. I was wandering if someone could find out for me if a technician will be coming to my house as I thought thats what sales guy said on sign up. I have nbn wireless fixed in my rental already. Got msg from tpg that my nbn was activated and to plug in my modem as per instructions.The ODU light is red. I have changed ports and turned on and off but still red. Can you please help me
