No. Internet on new connection

I am a new TPG customer, I moved to tpg to get a better deal for nbn rather than old adsl. I was promised a quick transfer as the system was working fine previously, just plug in and go. That was a lie, I’ve spent the past 2 days trying to get my nbn connection sorted. 6 calls and no help, they now saw it will take 2 weeks to get someone out, to check the line that was working yesterday. Been placed on hold to 1 hour 4 time’s today. This is the worst customer experience I ever had and regret moving to tpg
