Hey, I have been having this ongoing issue for the last week. I had my NBN installed Tuesday last week and the modem was not connecting to the internet. We then recieved a technician on Friday, who then declared it was a faulty modem. We can confirm this as we have been using an old Telstra modem which is able to connect to the internet. So we ordered a new modem, which has now been delivered today. And, as expected, it still is not connecting to the internet. I need this resolve ASAP as this is getting rediculous!
