No NBN Connection Box

Hi, my TPG modem is on its way but the property I have moved into has no NBN Connection Box.
The NBN wall socket is there but the connection box must have been taken by the previous owner/tenant.
How do I organise this?
I’ve tried emailing Support and sent a PM to a moderator but no reply yet.
