I am missing the NBN connection box in the house I have just moved into. I have the coaxial point on the wall, and the utility box on the external wall.
I have contacted NBNco who said that this is to be resolved by the retailer. I have just signed up to a TPG plan however the were no questions about my premises during the signup and therefore I was not aware of what equipment needed to be installed. I have only worked this out after doing my own digging.
I have tried a number of different avenues to contact TPG about this issue but I am hitting brick walls each time.
Can someone from TPG please contact me for support on this? I need my internet connection as it is my livelihood now due to covid19
