No NBN connection box

Hello, I've recently applied for TPG NBN, I already receive my modem but my problem is the flat I rent doesn't have an NBN connection box and I cannot install the modem completely. My question is how do I acquire one? Does anyone will come to install it? Thanks.

Hi Peter,
Thank you. Although I've raised this issue yesterday but nobody contacted me. Hoping this issue will be resolved as I am concerned if my NBN plan started to kick off although I have not started to use any of my availed services.
