No NBN connection

I received a text message this afternoon from TPG saying the following: "TPG Important Reminder: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your NBN modem".

I have since made all the necessary connections with the modem etc. Blue flashing internet connection light on the NBN connection device.

Please help.
