No NBN installation progress updates since signed up a month ago! Please cancel my contract!

I have signed up the new NBN service a month ago and been charged upfront. I have received the new modem 3 weeks ago, but no updates on the progress of the installation. I've checked the installation progress, non updates for 3 weeks and no email confirmation for when it's going to install. Live chat and phone support also not working. please see below:

I understand the current situation, but an email for letting me knwo where this is going would be the correct way to do your business. Very disppointed.

I would like to cancel my contract and have a refund if you can't fufill the requirement at your end!
