No NCD delivered with my modem

I recieved my modem 1 week ago. 

I didnt realise I needed a second device to connect to nbn until I went through the setup instructions.


The ncd was never delivered. What can I do to get one of these devices?

As per checking, your address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 34, which means that it's NBN FTTC serviceable, it previously transitioned to nbn and the NCD should be installed on the premises.


We have also received your concern on a separate thread and we have likewise replied to it asking if you just recently moved to this address.


If you can't find the NCD, we'll escalate this to our Provisioning Team so they can raise the matter to NBN Co. for investigation.


You will be contacted by a case manager anytime before 4PM Victoria time today to further discuss the matter.
