No NCD

Hi guys. I received my modem last week for a FTTC connection, and have since received multiple texts from TPG telling me I need to connect my modem for service activation, but I am yet to receive my NCD or an appointment from NBN technician.

It seems that you are eligible for a remote activation but since your NCD is missing, a new one must be delivered to you. Please send me your TPG account details and preferred callback number/time privately, so I can have our Service Delivery Team to contact you for assistance on this matter.
