Hi, Since yesterday we have no internet. I called tpg many times but due to lockdown, there is nobody answering. Its been 2days no internet. I tried the hard reset, check all the cable wires and tried every possible solution but still no internet. On the NBN (ARRISCM8200) black box- the power light is solid green, the downstream light is flashing green while upstream and online light is off.
