No internet connection

Hi, I am becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of response from anyone at TPG.

Have tried every possible way to contact and nothing.  Was number 596 in online chat yesterday at 8am when it supposedly opened???  Finally got down to 99 about 5 hours later and was cut off.  Can't work from home because internet is not working.  This is the second time this year - same problem as before I suspect.  Help please TPG!
