No nbn connection box

I received my modem today, but did not receive an NBN connection device despite being informed on the phone and in the online chat that it would be included.

I need this sorted out ASAP as we just moved in and need to commence working from home.

I can see from searching this forum that this is a common mistake TPG is making.

I can confirm that  an NBN tech  is booked for today ( he will deliver your "replacement"  ARRIS Modem ) 

Status: Booked

Appointment time slot: Thursday, 04 June 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Reason code: BOOKED



Note : This is an unfortunate situation where the the previous tenant has taken the Property of NBNCo
